Welcome to Legacy Jumper Rentals! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our inflatable bounce house rental services. By booking with Legacy Jumper Rentals, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received, and a confirmation email is sent.
  • The full payment must be made prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Legacy Jumper Rentals reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns, with full refund or rescheduling options.

2. Rental Duration and Usage

  • Rentals are typically for a period of 4 to 8 hours unless otherwise stated.
  • The inflatable must be used in a safe manner and only by individuals within the specified weight and age limits.
  • It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that all safety rules provided by Legacy Jumper Rentals are followed at all times.

3. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup

  • Our team will handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of all equipment.
  • The area where the inflatable will be installed must be clear of debris, obstacles, or any sharp objects.
  • The renter must ensure that the setup location has sufficient space and access to an electrical outlet unless an alternative power source is provided.

4. Safety and Supervision

  • Supervision of the inflatable must be provided by a responsible adult at all times.
  • No food, drinks, shoes, or sharp objects are allowed inside the inflatable.
  • In case of bad weather (rain, high winds, etc.), the inflatable must be turned off and not used.

5. Liability and Damage

  • Legacy Jumper Rentals is not responsible for any injury or damage that occurs due to misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
  • The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the inflatable or equipment during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear.
  • Any damage will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs may be charged to the renter.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the rental date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental.

7. Weather Policy

  • If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (heavy rain, wind over 15 mph, etc.), Legacy Jumper Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

8. Opt-Out Option

  • You may opt out of receiving promotional materials and newsletters from Legacy Jumper Rentals by contacting us at info@legacyjumperrentals.com or calling +1 888-884-9339. We will respect your privacy and remove you from our marketing list upon request.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Legacy Jumper Rentals values your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for rental purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Legacy Jumper Rentals operates.
